Hello everyone!

Instead of announcing the 2017 timeline, I'm here to tell you that we have decided to take a break. For several reasons, including the mods' own personal reasons, we have decided this is for the best. We are very sorry, but hope you understand.

We will be back in 2018!

In the meantime, check out the rs_games masterlist (voting just ended so reveals & awards will be up soon!) and watch the rs_small_gifts space for upcoming treats.

And that concludes the posting for the 2016 round of rs_collab!

We've had a blast with all these wonderful submissions and can't wait to tell you who's behind each and every one - but that'll have to wait for a bit. In the meantime, we've put together the anonymous masterlist for your perusal. We've been seeing a lot of amazing comments, which is thrilling (and humbling!), and we hope you'll continue to take the time until the reveals to check out collaborations that you haven't yet checked out, and leave them some love. ♥

Summary: "In potion making, certain ingredients have a particular affinity, making them more effective in combination. Or the opposite can be true, when their combined properties hinder more than help the desired outcome." A record of various potions attempted by Remus and Sirius at different points in their lives - many of them disastrous, but at least one works like a charm.

Title: Then, Now, Forever

(Or, the one where Sirius and Remus almost always find each other, no matter what universe they're in. Almost.)

A massive thank you to the artist for being so willing and wonderful at making this writer's dream come true! The artist would also like to thank the writer, without whom, this would have been a confused mess on the floor. It has been a long labour of love, and I can't think of anyone better to have been slipping words underneath my pictures.

Collide

Posting
We will be posting all works to AO3 with our mod account (rscollabmods). After the reveals you will be added as co-creators. If you do not have an ao3 account, let us know if you need an invite. NB: we are still missing AO3 usernames for some of you, so please get in touch asap letting us know your username/whether you need an invite.

Posting starts June 15th. We'll post one work a day until all works are posted. Posting is anonymous, so do not reveal your team name!

Submitting
Your submissions should be sent to rscollabmods at gmail dot com. The subject line should look like this: Submission, Team Name, Type of Work. In the body of the email, include both the LJ header (below) and the form for any AO3 information you want for your work (below).

Your work should include all necessary html coding (for art situated within fic, please make it clear where it goes - for example using <img src="ALL CAPS TO GET OUR ATTENTION">). Please attach art to the email. Art will be hosted in the LJ scrapbook of rs_collab_mods.

In the body of the email, please also include the LJ usernames and AO3 usernames of all your team members. We of course have your names on file, but to ensure that no accidents happen during the reveals stage, please include them anyway.

Still in the planning stage? Halfway through putting together your final product? Is everything sweet roses or are there shifty cogs in the machinery? Whatever you'd like to share with us, we'd love to hear it!

We're pretty chill about the check-in, so no forms to fill out or anything. We'd just like each team to drop by in the comments (which are screened) within the next week and let us know how it's going. No need to write us a novel, but a heads up would be much appreciated!
